CARE INSTRUCTIONS

• Hand wash or use a very gentle machine cycle, following fabric care recommendations.
• Do not use fabric softener.
• Do not use bleach.
• Do not soak.
• When hand washing, avoid rubbing on surfaces that may damage the threads.

• Delivery time in Medellín: 3 to 5 business days.
• Delivery time for the rest of Colombia: approximately 5 to 7 business days.
• Delivery times begin once the product's manufacturing process is complete (approximately 2 days after order confirmation).

• Clean your glasses regularly with a microfiber cloth and a lens-specific cleaner, avoiding harsh chemicals that could damage the acetate.
• Never use paper towels, clothing, or tissues to clean the lenses, as they can scratch them and wear down the frame material.
• Avoid leaving your glasses in high-temperature environments, such as on a car dashboard, as heat can cause the acetate to warp.
• Store your glasses in a hard case when not in use to protect them from impacts, scratches, and deformation.
• Keep your glasses away from chemicals such as perfumes, sprays, and household cleaners, as they can damage the acetate finish.

• You must present your warranty certificate, purchase receipt, or payment confirmation.
• Manufacturing defects: Delaminated layers (not broken), loose parts, oxidation, or loose lenses.
• In the event of manufacturing defects, we commit to repairing or replacing the glasses, provided they are still within the warranty period.
